Nutrition counselling

Football does not end at the rim of the playing field and does not start with the next training session. A complete football education also includes adequate nutrition, to optimally exploit the performance potentials of our bodies.

Every sportsman has got his/her own nutrition balance. In searching the optimal performance, football players need to get used to wondering: How many carbohydrates do I need? Drinking is important, but what and how much do I need to drink? How much protein does my body need and isn’t fat declining rather than boosting performance? When is the correct time for a meal? Which vitamins and minerals are absolutely vital and how can my body get these?

Individual counselling is important, because no matter how many similarities there are among fit people, each individual nutrition pattern is different. The right nutrition allows the body to reach a balanced energy level in favor of optimal performance during training, competition and regenerative phases.
