The proffac founders developed their approved training concept through the connection of theory and praxis. In practical analyses of national and international football as well as for German men’s and women’s national leagues, the focus is set on concrete requirements of “modern” players. This combination of theory and praxis forms the basis for the forward-looking proffac concept, complemented with latest scientific findings from scientific departments of the renowned German Sport University. With the help of cognitive abilities players are trained to make further potentials such as action quickness or solution optimization accessible via targeted brain training. The goal is to then retrieve these potentials as complex action chains much quicker than before. On the road to reaching this goal, training progress is measured. proffac specifically works on strengths and weaknesses with focus on the necessary details.
