„…we will miss you dearly!“ – so verabschiedeten sich alle australischen Eltern und Spieler des proffac-Programms 2016 in Sydney nach einer erfolgsverwöhnten Saison von ihren deutschen proffac-Coaches Mustafa Yavuz und Standortleiter Yannick Kay. Überschüttet von Lobeshymnen werden sie jetzt erst einmal wieder im normalen deutschen Fußball-Betrieb „geerdet“ werden müssen. Zwar kommen sie aus dem australischen Winter direkt in den deutschen Herbst, aber der ´mentale Switch´ dürfte dennoch nicht zu unterschätzen sein.
Bei der Ankunft am Frankfurter Flughafen empfing Tim Euenheim stellvertretend für das gesamte proffac-Team Mustafa Yavuz aufs Herzlichste: Die überragende Arbeit der Sydney-Trainer spiegelte sich über die gesamten 6 Monate in zahlreichen Rückmeldungen zufriedener Spieler und Eltern wider. Die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit beider Geschäftsführer mit dem Sydney-Team „über den großen Teich hinweg“ erwies sich als sehr produktiv für die Weiterentwicklung aller proffac-Spieler in Sydney. In den nächsten Tagen wird auch schon Yannick Kay dringend von seinen deutschen proffac-Schützlingen zurückerwartet, die teilweise den Kontakt über die lange Zeit aufrecht erhalten hatten, um die Fußball-Erfahrungen in Australien zu teilen.
Die Trainer in Australien haben sich ebenso erst einmal eine Auszeit redlich verdient. Der Fußball in Australien rollt weiter – die Arbeit der proffac-Coaches hat erneut bleibende Spuren und viel Eindruck und positives Feedback hinterlassen. Guten Start in „Germany“ wünscht das proffac-Team – mit Freude warten wir auf den Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen „alter“ und „neuer“ Welt!
Die beiden proffac-Geschäftsführer Lukas Völker und Alexander Otto freuen sich über die weiteren Perspektiven, die die gute Arbeit der Coaches am Australien-Standort eröffnet haben. In diesem Sinne: Gutes Ankommen in der neuen Fußball-Saison 2016/2017!
Football summer break in Sydney/Australia: proffac coaches return to the German site
„…we will miss you dearly!“ – this is how all of the Australian parents and players of the proffac program 2016 in Sydney said goodbye to their German proffac coaches Mustafa Yavuz and site manager Yannick Kay after having enjoyed a successful season. Overwhelmed by hymns of praise, they are now brought back to reality by the normal daily German football routine. The mental switch between Australia and Germany should not be underestimated, even if they have traveled from the Australian winter into the German fall.
On arrival at the airport in Frankfurt, Tim Euenheim cordially welcomes Mustafa Yavuz on behalf of the whole proffac team: the outstanding work of the Sydney coaches is reflected across the great pond by numerous positive feedback messages from satisfied players and parents and a seamless collaboration between the managing directors and the Sydney team throughout the 6 months. This excellent collaboration turned out to be very productive for the development of every proffac player in Sydney. Yannick Kay is also missed very much by his German proffac mentees who cannot wait to see him again and who have kept in contact throughout the 6 months, to exchange their football experience in Australia.
The coaches deserve a time out for themselves. The football in Australia however keeps on rolling – the hard work of the proffac coaches has yet again left lots of traces of enthusiastic impressions and positive feedback. The proffac team welcomes you back and wishes you a good start in Germany – we are looking forward to exchanging experiences between the ‚old‘ and ‚new‘ world! The two proffac managing directors Lukas Völker and Alexander Otto are very glad and thankful about further perspectives, which are made possible by the successful work of the proffac coaches in Australia.
